Sending invitation immediately

Greetings!

Does anyone know, when I create a new scheduled conference using the calendar, how can I make that the invitation e-mails are sent immediately, and not 5 minutes before the conference should start. Any advice would be welcome!

There are no configurations available to change that,
you need a developer that changes the code and re-compiles it or who
implements a configuration value, so that you can change it without
changing code.

Another question:

Can I add groups when sending invitations, or that's another thing i
have to implement in the code?
