I have tried:

1) Moving both files inside the folders above (same error)
2) Modifying the configuration to /usr/bin/ for both entries
3) Restarting the server (after every change)

Nothing seems to work so I'm stuck. Any ideas? This is with the latest stable (1.9.1) release.

Hi,

According to error log you have configured sox and ffmpeg wrong it says :

  error-Cannot run program "/usr/bin/sox/sox":
  error-Cannot run program "/usr/bin/ffmpeg/ffmpeg"

fix these parameters from the configuration page and I think it would work then.

I think parameters should be "/usr/bin/sox" and "/usr/bin/ffmpeg" but you have check whether those programs are on these path.

   Regards,

_Mahmut

Hi,

I think I figured the solution wrong.

Error log says that your paths are involving sox and ffmpeg at the end.

You should not include them so they should be like:

     "/usr/bin/" and "/usr/bin/"

but again you have to check whether those programs are on these paths because in my system for example ffmeg path is like "/usr/local/bin/" so you have to be sure.

Regards..

Problem is, I did set both paths to /usr/bin in the configuration page, but OpenMeetings appears to be ignoring it. I'll get screenshots if I need them.
