Well you've downloaded and installed it?

Otherwise you might just have a look at the english.xml file .. the number of labels is different with every version of openmeetings.

since revision 4193 you can check 

red5\webapps\openmeetings\WEB-INF\lib\openmeetings.jar

META-INF\MANIFEST.MF

Svn-Revision: 4193
