Problem data input

Dear Colleague, 

My name is Nanis and recently used the OpenMEE apps to do a meta-analysis. I found a problem when importing the data to the apps. The imported data could not be seen as per column as it was supposed to be, so I was unable to conduct any further analysis. I tried to fix it but there were no ways to do it. I attached pictures that show my problems, hope you have a solution for my case.
