Dear OpenMEE group

Let me introduce myself. My name is Farshid Ghadrifar from Gorgan University of Agricultural Science and Natural Resources, Iran and my main field is seed science and technology. I started working on meta-analysis a year ago and I use “metafor” package for data analysis. Recently, while studying, I saw your article titled " OpenMEE: Intuitive, open-source software for meta-analysis in ecology and evolutionary biology " and read it. The article was very interesting for me and i saw that it is easier to use than the “metaphor” package and students and researchers work with it easily. I started working with “Open MEE” and was able to run it on my own data.
But I had trouble using “Phylogenetic Meta Analysis” section and I didn't understand how to use Phylogenetic Meta Analysis section and the program was giving errors.
Would it be possible for you to explain this part to me more and use your own examples for me and do it so that I can use my own examples accordingly? If necessary, we will send you my examples.

Best regards
Farshid
