I cannot save the forest plot

Hello, my name is Inas and I am a student from IPB University. I have tried openmee for my research, however, I am unable to save the forest plot. Right-clicking the image brought me to the text "save png image as" but no other command was displayed. I also found no new image saved in my laptop. I wonder if I am doing it wrong? I believe I followed the instructions but maybe there is something I overlooked? Thank you very much.

Inas the software is no longer supported 

I think you can screen grab or try to see where in the file path it is saved.  I do not have a PC so cannot offer specific suggestions.
