OpenMC package on Arch Linux

Hey all,

I took the opportunity to learn about Linux package distribution by packaging up OpenMC for Arch Linux.  For those who don't know, the AUR is basically a PPA for Arch.   The package lives in the Arch User Repository (AUR) at https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/openmc.  This was no more than a curiousity for me, but I plan on supporting it going forward.
