Seeking reviewers for 3 PRs

Hi all,

I have three outstanding pull requests that I need reviewers for:

- #337 Improved evaporation spectrum sampling

- #339 Better support for OpenMPI

- #342 Use OpenMP atomic updates

These are all pretty simple, but important, changes that should be easy to review (github secret: if you add ?w=1 to the end of a URL, it will ignore whitespace changes that my PRs introduce). The first fixes a bug that will cause OpenMC to abort with certain isotopes (N-22 for example). The second allows us to compile with more recent versions of OpenMPI, and the third improve OpenMP performance.

Any takers? I'm happy to do some hand-holding if you are new to reviewing.
