URGENT: We can not add more mailboxes

Hello Everybody
We are using openmailadmin to manage mailusers, we have about 2000 users, but now we can not add more mailboxes, the options: create, activate/deactivate, change; don´nt appear anymore. I attach a image about the result when I try to add a mailbox.
Some weeks ago, I tried to change the mailbox lenght changing $cfg['mbox']['max_length'] = 16; into the file inc/config.inc.php and the lenght mbok field at user mysql table, but that didn´t work and I restored to default.
Somebody have a idea how we can solve this problem?
