Hi,

My name is xabier. I'm from Barcelona, and I need some help related
with openmailadmin and virtual domains.
I am a voluntary member of a small non-profit organization (a
community network). We use open software in all our systems and
computers.

As I'm not de system administrator but a medium-advanced users, I'll
try to do my best to explain you the problem we have:

- Our mail server consist of cyrus+postfix+openmailadmin (+mailman)
- We would like to have a mailbox called, ie: proj...@domain.com
- And a list at mailman with, ie, this address:
proj...@lists.domain.com

But we do not know what is wrong, because when a message is posted to
proj...@domain.com it's delivered to proj...@lists.domain.com,
instead of proj...@domain.com

Any help?

Thanks in advance,
xabier

Have a look at these. I think that it's either the transport or the
aliases that are missing, depending on how you've configured it. When
I set up OMA, I use aliases to redirect traffic from al...@domain.com
to al...@list.domain.com, which is handled by Mailman. If you set up a
transport, you can make Postfix catch the traffic for al...@domain.com
and forward it to Mailman so that it can handle it, but then you
cannot administrate it all from OMA, therefore I used the alias
solution in OMA.
