1) I can totally agree with the first point, the lack of import/export makes me a bit twitchy. At least I have Titanium Backup, to save my data, but that's not the same.
2) Creating subtasking would sort of ruin the nice and clean task/project system of the program, although a "convert task to project" option could be useful to make quick, subtask-like functionality.
3) About interest in the project. Create the syncing, and the possibility to migrate from one or two of the popular task managers (maybe Toodledo?) and then it will be time to generate some interest on some social sites (reddit, for example). I think this is a nice software, but few people know about it, or find it through the Market. Also make the export for the web interface, people nowadays don't like to be locked in. :)

I'm glad to hear that OpenLoopz, as a project, is still moving forward. It really is exceptional due to its great user interface design and location-awareness.
There's not enough interest? Here are a couple thoughts on that:
- Who is going to use an app that locks in the user's data? An export function prevents the user from feeling nervous about their data being held ransom.
- Sub-tasking! People are looking for it but it's hard to find. Yes, Google Tasks has it, but not much else. Adding this functionality will guarantee a spike in interest.
- I was hoping to see more resources behind this project so it would move forward faster. Everyone wants to be where the party is at. If updates are too slow, the party is just going to move on elsewhere. I thought this might be abandonware, hence the previous post asking for the status.
Although you consider this app feature-complete, I think users view it as a wonderful app with great potential still to be developed.
