I was very surprised when looking at the summary of responses to your
survey so far:

http://sites.iode.co.uk/openloopz/user-survey

to see the email addresses of everyone who has submitted it so far. I
think you need to fix this really soon.

I provided my email address as a gesture of goodwill towards the
developers of a product I like, but I was not expecting it to be made
public.

To repeat, I think you need to fix this privacy leak very soon!

Hi Graham,

Our deepest apologies that this has gone unnoticed.  We take this very seriously and upon receiving your email we immediately removed the response summary page.

Thank you very much for your feedback via the survey.  We have added your suggestions to the feature requests list:

http://sites.google.com/a/iode.co.uk/openloopz/openloopz-next

and we will make the notification improvements and on-screen keyboard glitch our priorities for the next version as a way of saying sorry for the breach of privacy.

Regards,
Paul Drummond
OpenLoopz Team

Thanks Paul, that's exceptionally kind of you. Really looking forward
