Issues with new version or issues with my brain?

Hi Paul

When openloopz is on the "home" page (when I am physically at work ) it shows at the top of the list all of my home (Where I keep my family) tasks.  Should I be on the "projects next action" page when i want to see what i need to do?  or all actions?  

the blog seems to imply home should be the page where all this happens but in my case it seems to be an uncurated list of all of my actions independent of any contexts I may have applied

I have tried a reinstall but to no avail

Am I doing something wrong?

Hi Steve,

The home screen should automatically update based on your location.  So if you are at work (and your contexts are configured correctly) you should ONLY see work-related actions and not see any home/family actions.  

A few questions to get to the bottom of this:

1. What phone are you using and which version of Android?
2. Which location services do you have turned on in your system preferences (i.e GPS, Wifi Networks, etc)
3. What distance do you have set for your Work and Home contexts?

Galaxy s3 4.1.2

GPS and wireless

The distances are 300m for work and 448 for home

The previous version worked fine. Also if i look at location the position the phone thinks it is it is within the work context area.

Thanks for the info Steve.

I wonder if you could try a quick test for me?  While at work, could you edit your work context and just check that the current location is showing within the distance circle then press save without making any changes.  

Does your work action(s) appear in the Home List now?

Tried it the other way around as I'm off work.  That is went into my home context went to the location page, little blue  dot was in the circle, clicked save no change.  Still shows my work context tasks at.home

Sorry for the late reply.  It's strange that your location is correct but OpenLoopz is still showing the wrong actions.  Can you try the "Reset" option accessible from the menu on the Home screen and see if that resolves the issue?
