Guidance to manage wordpress on Openlitespeed - Improver Speed

As a Spiritual NGO - Brahma Kumaris, we have website www.brahmakumaris.com

We have been using wordpress hosted on Openlite speed, 

we want proper guidance for backend configuration of parameters, memory allocation and and other things. Currently it is slowly down very heavily and we are unable to figure it out and real time traffic is getting impacted.

If anyone can guide then that would be great.
