lsphp & mariadb processes - high CPU

I noticed my server started behaving oddly.
Checked `top` in SSH console. 

I have multiple lsphp and mariadb processes appearing and disappearing. 
CPU usage caps every few seconds. 

I tried doubling my CPU ressources and redeploying. 
Same result. 

Any idea?

Also, here's a semi-relevant, additionnal, issue:

I get these 1minute hangs every few loads. 
No idea what causes it.

Happened before I upgrade to Cloudflare Pro with Argo & Cache Reserve. 
Stopped happening right away and was hyper snappy for 48h. 

Now started doing it again.
