openlitespeed high availability?

Hi can the openliteserver do high availability? my goal is to use the OLS as a loadbalancer which will loadbalancer my backend server, i wanted to explore 2 OLS as loadbalancer acting as active-passive loadbalancer, can this be done? probably by vrrp, or pacemaker?

From the article:

"Note: The load balancer primarily uses the first back-end as much as possible when traffic is low. Only with higher traffic will the second back-end be used. This is because stateless round robin may break session data."
