It does not work on AWS: installation does not run

I installed on AWS

WordPress with LiteSpeed Cache (Powered OpenLiteSpeed)

and as said in instructions for AWS ran ubu...@35.169.36.88

As you see the promised WordPress nstallatiion script was not started. I am terminating my instance, please refund my payment.
