Simplified working with trail

Following #926

We simplifies working with trail.

Now there is 2 properties in application.properties:

openLegacyProperties.liveSession=false

openLegacyProperties.trailFilePath=/trails/demo_session.trail

which determine if to use trail, and which one, and it override the default host.

There is no longer mockup host type. Host must be chosen during new project wizard.

Relevant to version 2.2 nightly.
