The OKFN has a Global data census here: http://global.census.okfn.org/ and we still have a few days to fill in data for Lebanon

I created a hackpad https://hackpad.com/OKFN-Lebanon-Data-Census-svkWbug4cEv so that we can fill what we know. It would be great to have a few of those categories mapped out if you know any data sources.
