New Functionality: Drawing Arc segments

Hello,

What are the opinions of adding a capability to draw ARC segments in support of WKT's CompoundCurve and CurvePolygon? We did this in OL2 against the SVG rendering. See attached screenshot showing a CurvePolygon in edit mode. The ARC segments have a orange circle control point at the arc's intermediate point.
