Hi i have a desktop app with openlayers based ion vab net and the webbrowser controle
The app was build with openlayers 2 i want to migratie to the latest openlayers version
I noticed i cant move the map around with the mouse
The scroll wheel works as the zoom buttons
Somebody any idea what is wrong?
