OL-Cesium 2.0 release (ES6 modules)

Hello,

I am pleased to announce version 2.0 of OL-Cesium!

This is a major step forward:

- new build chain based on webpack (no more Google Closure Compiler);

- ES6 modules;

- based on OpenLayers5 (master).

This version is intended for early adopters willing to migrate/base their project on OpenLayers master. Please help moving forward by testing, reporting issues and sending Pull Requests.

Except for ES6 modules and the port to OpenLayers master, there is no difference between this version and v1.37. See CHANGES.md for details.
