Based on user selection combo box list name feature zoom to Extend issues

Hi,This is Balaji. I need urgent help form anyone of you.I have combo box list in that combo box list I dynamically passing India state name form my local wms layer service. While selecting combo box list state name maximum of state zoom to extent perfectly.But while selecting Kerala , Tamilnadu , Andham Nikobar map is not render and zoom to extend what I have to please help me.as soon as possible if possible anyone give me idea.This is my top priority issues which I am facing right now
