OpenJUMP snapshot: upgraded Raster Tools plugin

Hi JUMPers,

a new version of OpenJUMP ( ver 20230210-r5201) is available into in the development snapshots area: 

https://sourceforge.net/projects/jump-pilot/files/OpenJUMP2_snapshots/.

Plus version of OpenJUMP 5201 provides an upgrade of Raster Tools plugin  with two new important changes:

• The saving process of raster/image to GeoTIFF  file saves also the related coordinate reference systems as geotag
• A new tool has been added which allows reprojecting raster and image files between different coordinate reference systems.
