Hi there,

Is OpenJPEG supposed to work with JPX files, that contain multiple code
streams and multiple components per stream? AFAIK JPX is part 2 of the
JPEG 2000 standard.

I have an achive of medical images where a single JPX file contains an
entire exam series, which may have a few hundreds images.

OPJViewer was not able to open our images, but the avaibale binaries are
very old... and jk2_to_image also wasn't able to process our files.

Kakadu Software kdu_show handles them correctly. Am I out of luck and
tied to proprietary software?

Would it be possible for you to share the dataset ?

Thanks

Hi Mathieu,

Yes I can, but not on the list or a public web site. I have some that
are small enough (max 2M) to send attached on e-mail to the openjpeg
developers.

I need approval from management to let this images being used as test in
the openjpeg distros. But I have an ok to send them to selected openjpeg
developers.
