OpenJpeg on Tru64

I'd like to install OpenJpeg on Tr64 5.1b but am having problems installing cmake.

Not sure why, but cmake complains during build with cc.

I get:

`cmake' is up to date.
loading initial cache file /usr/robert/ImageMagick/cmake-2.4.8/Bootstrap.cmk/InitialCacheFlags.cmake
-- Check for working C compiler: /usr/bin/cc
-- Check for working C compiler: /usr/bin/cc -- broken
CMake Error: The C compiler "/usr/bin/cc" is not able to compile a simple test program.
It fails with the following output:
make -f CMakeFiles/cmTryCompileExec.dir/build.make CMakeFiles/cmTryCompileExec.dir/build
*** Exit 1Make: Cannot open CMakeFiles/cmTryCompileExec.dir/CMakeFiles/cmTryCompileExec.dir/depend.make. Stop.

Stop.

Can anyone suggest a solution....
