Clarify GSOC 2013 Project Ideas

Hi, I'd like to participate for GSOC 2013 for one of OpenIntent project. I'm interested in one of below project ideas.

1. OI Safe Connect
   
2. OI File Manager Connect
   

But the description given for each of them, isn't clear enough for me. Can someone please elaborate this?

This is to continue the work from last year.

The new challenge is to add OI Safe and OI File Manager.

The integration with OI Shopping List needs work... at best it's a proof of concept. Perhaps we should add it back to the list?
