What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Place cursor in a note into an empty line between 2 lines of text
2.Type RETURN several times->Only 2 empty lines are inserted, even when
typing RETURN more often. When flipping in the soft keyboard, the missing
empty lines appear. Same for pressing backspace to delete empty lines.
3.Combination of above steps can cause situation where two lines of text
are overlayed, showing completely corrupted text.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I have seen this one in CM10 on a couple different phones. Usually if you
quit the note and come back into it the display is better. Until you start
typing again.

Problem solved!
Problem disappeared after upgrading my XPeria T to Android 4.3.
