What steps will reproduce the problem?
In OI Shopping List:
1.Create list L1, create a list entry test in L1
2.Create list L2, create a list entry test in L2, attach a note with some
text
3.Load list L1, the entry test now "shines through" from L2 and also has
the note attached

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would have expected lists to be completely separate, so that I can have
entries with same name in two different lists and they are kept separately

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Sony XPeria T, Android 4.1.2

Issue fixed on GIT main branch (post 1.7.0.5), but ConvertCSV needs to get
the same modification. Thanks Tom
