We are honored to invite you to My Late Enchantments, a retrospective exhibit celebrating the work of the late painter Michael Berube. Opening on Thursday, October 10th 7-9 pm at St. Paul the Apostle Church, 405 West 59th Street, NYC, this exhibition highlights Berube’s exploration of baroque theatricality, camp aesthetics, and color abstraction.
Known for his use of mixed media and glitter, Berube's work uniquely combines exuberant celebration with profound reflection, offering insights into his life as an artist and AIDS survivor. This retrospective provides a powerful and colorful tribute to his enduring artistic legacy.
Join us for a special reception on Thursday, October 10th from 7 to 9pm. The exhibit is up through November 8th. We look forward to sharing this unforgettable experience with you.
