I was wondering if you could help me spread the word: I’m looking for a studio mate to share my current studio space with. The studio is in a great location, with windows, heat /ac, and WiFi, and is very reasonable because the amount of time in the space there is somewhat uncertain as the building owner is in the process of selling the building. $463/month, plus $20 for Wi-Fi. Address: 64 Fulton St (FiDi, right by fulton st station). Start date would be May 1

It’s been a great space over the past year. The only downside is not knowing exactly when/if the building management will ask us to leave this year. But such is studio life in nyc lol.
