Hi Charlotte

I don't think I've ever seen that before! I can only really suggest restarting your computer or re-pasting those IHM files in an easily accessible place like the desktop, and trying again. It might be the case that you've saved the files in zipped folders, which you can open in Windows Explorer but can cause problems for other programmes (e.g. you can't save changes to Word documents within a zipped folder)?

Or hopefully the developers might have a solution. if those things don't work.

Let me know how you get on!

Wolf

Subject: IHM Problem

Hi,

I've been trying to load two Import two IHM files and for some reason when I try to select the file it is not showing up in any of my folders, even though when I try to find it outside of IHM it is there. I tried to update IHM to see if that would help but for some reason the update is ailing.

I've copy and pasted the content of the update box below. Any help you could give me would be really helpful.

Best

Charlotte.

The box reads:

Thanks Wolf, I got it working with the classic turn the computer off and then on technique. Thanks very much.

Best

I think the open-ihm updator thought you were trying to run two updates at once! Hopefully that just means you pressed update twice and isn't a sign of a more serious bug.

Glad you got it working!

Sarah
