Plans to include OAuth MessageExtension

I'm working on a project that will be using the OAuth extension
proposed for OpenId:

An OAuth Message Extension is not included with the
openid4java-0.9.5.593 distribution. Are there plans include this in
the near future? If this isn't already being done, I'm happy to
provide it.
