New issue 194 by FScheff...@gmail.com: German umlaut translation in
property files broken
http://code.google.com/p/openid4java/issues/detail?id=194

German umlauts are not displayed correctly on the web page. In the
attachment there is a patch which fixes that. (The umlauts are now encoded
with native2ascii)

Hi, my name is Rob Myrick and I have develped a Wordpress plugin that
inserts the Google Translat tool into Wordpress websites.

Just last week I have received numerous support requests showing that words
are being translated into single letters, mainly when switching back and
forth from German (or maybe even other languages) to English. Actually,
this happens when trying to swith back to the "default language" in general.

I have also tested the default code provided by Google located and
configured here: http://translate.google.com by installing on users
websites, and it does not work.

I have also de-activated any custom themes being used by my users, then
re-activating the default Wordpress theme (Twentythirteen theme) that comes
packed with Wordpress.

There are still many errors here.

Hopefully this message gets seen - we all love the translator here and hope
for some help.

Thanks, Rob Myrick

Invalid - not an openid4java issue.

May want to check the JOS serever implementation - for which the patch
seems to apply, over at https://github.com/thenewmotion/jos.
