[OpenID] Problems with Yahoo OpenID

Hi there,

Apologies if this isn't a suitable list; if not, please refer me to somewhere else.

For some time we've been allowing Yahoo login on our site via OpenID using the endpoint https://me.yahoo.com. That's giving an error after 30 seconds or so:

Could Not Connect

Description: Could not connect to the requested server host.

The docs at https://developer.yahoo.com/oauth2/guide/openid_connect/?guccounter=1 suggest https://api.login.yahoo.com/oauth2/request_auth/ which gives the same error.

That looks like a Yahoo problem, but I just want to check if there's a known change that I'm not aware of.
