Net::OpenID is moving to github

Hi folks,

Six Apart is planning to decommission code.sixapart.com in favor of
moving projects to github.

Consequently, I've moved Net::OpenID development over to my github
account here:
http://github.com/apparentlymart/libnet-openid-perl

master on github reflects trunk on code.sixapart.com: it contains a
refactoring-in-progress that is not known stable.

the 1.0 branch on github reflects the 1.0 branch on code.sixapart.com:
it's a maintenance branch for the 1.0 line that's currently on CPAN.

If you want to make patches to release before the refactoring is
complete, please make them against the 1.0 branch.

There will be no further commits to the repository on code.sixapart.com.
