Delete negative RP test about Not Accessing UserInfo Endpoint with Form-Encoded Body Method

Hi Roland,

 

The working group decided that support for the form-encoded body method for accessing the UserInfo Endpoint was MTI for servers.  Therefore, if you have this negative RP test, please delete it:

               Does Not Access UserInfo Endpoint with Form-Encoded Body Method

 

(This is already marked as to-be-deleted in the RPTest spreadsheet we exchanged.)
