The source for version 1.0?

The downloadable of OpenHR20 at SourceForge (http://sourceforge.net/projects/openhr20/) appears to contain version 1.0 of the OpenHR20 software. However, the source code at Source Forge and on Github is only version 0.99. Version 1.0 works on my thermostats but version 0.99 doesn't (I can't set the timers properly on version 0.99).
Does anyone know where the source for version 1.0 may be found considering that it contains at least one important bug fix?
