Hi Open House Project-ers,

Earlier today, the much-anticipated "Baucus Bill" was made publicly
available -- as usual, in the form of a 223-page .pdf, not in a
standards-based way that encourages real public participation.

This afternoon, I posted on why Congressional Data is Defective By
