Digging into the House Intelligence Committee

Hey everyone,

The House Intelligence Committee has unique rules that apply to it, including how its members are selected and a requirement for some of them to serve on other committees. The appointment yesterday of Rep. Castro apparently violates House Rules (although they were waived).
