OpenHDS Exception

Guys,

I have just been told that there is an exception thrown when someone is trying to use baseline form. This is the copy he has on his machine.

Advocatus says that he has posted something online in REDMINE but I haven't received an email myself.

Could we please get a solution on this issue. Sorry for last minute thing.
