Authentication into Redmine and Subversion Repository

Hello Guys,
We have not been able to update or commit any changes nor log on to
redmine since yesterday, it keeps refusing our authentication details,
any ideas?

Tumaini,

have you tried password reminder option in the redmine if you write your email address it will ask you to reset your password.

Hello!
I have successfully tried to re-register to Redmine, but still I am
unable to commit changes to the repository
