ExtraFormSendDataChannel.xml

Dear All,

I don't know if this thing happens in any other site but while everything works fine, the ExtraFormSendDataChannel.xml gives me an error message like " syntax error......" when i tried to run it on mirth. I tried everything in my power to identify the problem but i couldn't.
