Is OpenTherm supported by openhab?

currently there is no OpenTherm binding and afaik nobody is working on it.

I too, would like to see a binding for the opentherm gateway. 

As there seems to be no response from Jan-Willem, I will be looking into building this binding myself. This will be made publicly available of course, but I will probably need some time to get started and the resulting implementation may be very basic. 

If ayone has some specific requirements, then please don't hesitate to let me know.
