Hi.
If I understand well, the Netatmo thermostat isn't compatible by the Openhab's Netatmo plugin, is it?
So I won't be able to control it's temperature and controls, right?
Is there a way to get this on Openhab, or is there an alternative thermostat fully compatible with Openhab?
Thank you very much!
Bye

In the next month or so, both the Ecobee and Nest thermostats should have their own openHAB bindings.  They are both still in development at the moment.

Just wondering how the Ecobee binding is coming along, I'm willing to help if needed. I have the original Ecobee, I think it's called Ecobee EMS.

I had to pause my work in preference to other work, but it's nearly done and will work with EMS, Smart and ecobee3 thermostats.  The state of the code is here but I will finish it up soon.

I submitted a pull request for my Ecobee binding a little while ago.  There ought to be a snapshot build on cloudbees at some point soon.  It is not complete but it reads every discrete element from the API, and lets you change some things (like HVAC mode, backlight intensity, lots of other settings).  I have to add an action bundle in order to perform "functions" like setting holds, changing the program, sending a message to the display, etc.

Now that the Ecobee binding is sort of stable and in the pull request queue, I am going to spend more time getting the Nest binding ready for submitting.  It's not there yet, but I want it done as much as anyone.  Whatever I learn about persisting auth tokens properly for the Ecobee binding will apply to the Nest as well, but that's not working for some reason.  Sorry it's taken so long -- I stumbled into "real" work unexpectedly the last couple of months.  I wish I could give a solid time estimate, but I'm not there yet.  Hopefully both Ecobee and Nest will make it into the 1.7 release, and usable well before then.
