Folks,

I hope this e-mail finds you well.
I have doing some tests in 1-phase with OpenHAB + PLCBus binding and I'm sure that PLCBus side of things is working, because I already tested with a PLC-BUS II - 4830G controller.

I already gave full permission to USB controller (i.e. PLCBus 1141G) as showed:

crwxrwxrwx  1 bruno dialout 188,   0 Mar 19 09:37 ttyUSB0

Executing OpenHAB with one item configured:"

Switch Light_Garden_1 "Garden 1" <switch> (gGarden, Lights) {plcbus="D0 A1"}

Staring OpenHAB in debug mode, there isn't any ttyUSB0 error and I ca see these events of starting PLCBus:

10:20:41.461 DEBUG o.o.b.p.i.PLCBusActivator[:32]- PLCBus Binding startet
10:20:41.468 DEBUG o.o.m.i.i.GenericItemProvider[:334]- Start processing binding configuration of Item 'Light_Garden_1 (Type=SwitchItem, State=Uninitialized)' with 'PLCBusGenericBindingProvider' reader.

However, when I try to turn on a light I receive these events:

10:21:22.835 DEBUG o.o.i.r.i.r.ItemResource[:196]- Received HTTP POST request at 'items/Light_Garden_1' with value 'ON'.

that is ok, OpenHAB is receiving the command, however always get this error message:

10:21:33.355 ERROR o.o.b.p.i.p.AbstractReceiveFrameContainer[:76]- Error while parsing ReceiveFrame

Any ideas on what can be wrong in this configuration?

Best Regards!

Hello Bruno,
I have the same behavior with my PLC-BUS controler and I don't know why!
Sometime it works.
I'm looking for some information about this error but nothing!
Regards,
Louis

Just to add that the error only appears with the rules!
If there are no rules with plcbus, you can switch on and off an item without error!
Regards,
Louis
