Is there a eaton xComfort binding avalable? or is anyone working on a binding for the xComfort?

Eaton xComfort is a proprietary closed source system http://www.xcomfort.com/ 
No api docs

at https://github.com/mifi/libxcomfort there is some open source library for controlling Moeller(eaton) XComfort devices through the USB/RS232 dongle

this could be ported to a openHab binding, I would be willing to try but i think i will need some help.

I have got the rs232 (crsz-00/01) dongle to test with.

I got my onkyo up and running in no time :)
now the rest.

I realize this post is getting a bit old, but I thought I'd see if there was any progress on this. I have an xComfort installation in my summer house, but the closed nature of xComfort annoys the heck out of me, as I would like to integrate my own sensors into the solution (and read/set xComfort values through scripts outside the closed xComfort world).
