Here is a message forwarded from Greg Nelson of
the White House's "Open Government Team" that points to
the "data from the 3 Phases of the Open
Government Initiative Public Consultation" (see Item #3, below).
His link leads to the OSTP blog, where there is
another link to download a "zipped file" which
(after "un-zipping") gives you three files: an
Excel (spreadsheet) file on Phase 1, a Word text
file on Phase 2, and another Excel file on Phase 3.
