rake install behind proxy

Hi All,

I've been taking a look at the project - I would like to contribute by
adapting your code to work with Puerto Rico.

Most of the day I spend it behind proxies (its not until late that I
get to my sweet proxy-free home).
As a quick workaround, I search through the text, and modified any
curl calls to include the '-x' parameter to set the proxy address, but
there are also other calls (like HTTParty.get ) that would also need
modifying.

Do you have anything going on for working with this behind a proxy? If
not, how would you go about it? I could write something for this if
needed.
