I prefer the GPL as it is well known...

Ofcourse the data it self in the catalogue should be licenced openly
as well, for that I suggest the Open Database License (ODbL). Open
Street Map is moving to that as well: http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Open_Database_License

Finally I would apriciate that all the graphics and texts on the page
are open as well, Creative Commons for that.

After that we would be a bit more open than the Open Knowledge
Foundation :)

There is now a CC icon in the footer. The site CSS is based on YUI
grids anyway so I have only made small modifications to make it look
like I wanted.
