I prefer the GPL as it is well known...
Ofcourse the data it self in the catalogue should be licenced openly
as well, for that I suggest the Open Database License (ODbL). Open
Street Map is moving to that as well:

Finally I would apriciate that all the graphics and texts on the page
are open as well, Creative Commons for that.
After that we would be a bit more open than the Open Knowledge
Foundation :)
